01Eligibility
Access to certain courses may require meeting stated prerequisites. Users represent that they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that their use of the services will comply with applicable law and these Terms.
Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our main professional development programs. Where younger participants are allowed, parental or legal guardian consent must be provided as specified in course enrollment terms.
You agree to use DiriHubWay services lawfully and not to engage in misuse, fraudulent activity, or actions that could disrupt or impair the platform or other users' experience.
Access to some services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the services from your location complies with local regulations.
02Account Responsibilities
To use some features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must keep account information complete and up to date. We rely on accurate records to provide course materials, certificates, and communications.
Protect your account by using a strong password and securing access to devices used to access DiriHubWay. Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing by DiriHubWay's authorized representatives.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately so we can take steps to secure your account and mitigate potential misuse.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or otherwise threaten the integrity of our services. We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure where appropriate.
03Service Provision
DiriHubWay provides structured courses, coaching, and educational materials designed to support personal and leadership development. Course delivery may include live sessions, recorded content, written materials, and assessment tools.
We may modify course content, schedules, or platform features to enhance learning quality. When changes materially affect enrolled participants, we will communicate them in advance where feasible.
We strive for reliable availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or force majeure events may temporarily limit access. Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruption.
04Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. The following rules support a professional learning environment:
- Respectful communication: No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward instructors or peers.
- Academic integrity: Do not misrepresent completed work, credentials, or assessments.
- Confidentiality: Respect privacy of other participants and sensitive discussions held during sessions.
- Professionalism: Attend scheduled sessions on time and contribute in a manner that supports shared learning objectives.
- Appropriate use of materials: Course materials are for personal learning and professional development only.
- No unlawful activity: Do not use the platform to plan or undertake illegal conduct.
- Compliance with policies: Follow all additional rules or guidelines provided for specific courses or coaching engagements.
05User Content
User content includes forum posts, submitted assignments, feedback, and any materials you provide through the platform. You retain ownership of your submissions subject to the following terms.
You remain the author and owner of original content you create. By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights necessary to share it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
By submitting content to DiriHubWay, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purposes of delivering services, improving offerings, and promoting anonymized examples of learner outcomes.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions. Do not share confidential or sensitive third-party information without proper authorization.
We may remove user content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights. Requests for removal will be handled in accordance with our moderation procedures.
06Intellectual Property
All course materials, branding, software, and content provided by DiriHubWay are protected by copyright, activity, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.
- Do not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display DiriHubWay course content without written permission.
- Respect activity and do not use DiriHubWay branding in ways that imply endorsement without authorization.
- Licensed content must be used in accordance with the terms set out at the time of access or purchase.
07Paid Services
Certain courses and coaching programs are offered for a fee. Paid services are subject to the pricing, payment, and cancellation terms set out below and at the point of purchase.
Course fees are published on DiriHubWay.pro and may vary by cohort, format, or region. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made using the methods specified at checkout. Enrollment is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a receipt is provided.
Subscription-based offerings will specify billing cycles and renewal terms. You can cancel subscriptions through your account settings prior to the next billing date.
Refunds are considered in line with the published refund policy for each offering. Refund eligibility is assessed based on course start date, access to materials, and delivery format.
If you cancel enrollment in accordance with the stated policy, we will follow the published refund and access procedures. Organizational changes to scheduled delivery may allow alternatives or pro rata adjustments where appropriate.
You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to purchases in your jurisdiction. DiriHubWay will comply with Malaysian tax rules where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices for future enrollments. Changes will not affect fees already paid for confirmed enrollments unless otherwise stated.
Non-payment may result in suspension of access and potential collection actions for outstanding balances. We will provide notice and opportunity to resolve payment issues.
08Disclaimer
DiriHubWay provides educational content and coaching based on professional expertise and evidence-informed practices. Results vary by individual, effort, and context. Information provided is for educational purposes and not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or business advice.
09Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DiriHubWay and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid by you for the affected service in the prior 12 months.
10Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, and course delivery. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or for conduct that disrupts the platform. You may terminate your account by following account closure procedures; outstanding obligations remain enforceable.
Upon termination, access to paid course materials may be revoked. Certain provisions—such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations—survive termination.
12Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using DiriHubWay services you consent to processing as described in that policy and acknowledge the rights available to data subjects.
13Communications
We will communicate important account, course, and administrative information via email or the contact method you provide. Marketing communications will follow your stated preferences and applicable opt-out mechanisms.
14Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Material revisions will be announced on DiriHubWay.pro and, where appropriate, via direct communication to affected users.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
